After School Program
Our popular after school program is unlike any other offered in Montreal. We understand that some kids are not interested in competitive sports but still enjoy exercising!
Therefore, our program aims to introduce students to the world of movement where they will sweat, laugh and be active, all while playing games with friends and classmates!
Teen Summer Program
The TeenFit program was created for teens who are no longer interested in a full day camp but that still want to socialize, train and learn how to better their health
The program runs in 3 hour blocks 5 days/week and consists of a daily training session, collaborative games and an education segment where teens will learn about the different pillars of health.
