TeenFit Summer Program
The TeenFit program was created for teens who are no longer interested in a full day camp but still want to socialize, train and learn how to better their health.
6 WEEKS
From the week of July 1st to the week of August 6

Monday to Friday
1pm to 4 pm
Price
$210 per week
Every registered teen will receive a free t-shirt
What to expect?
The program runs in 3 hour blocks and consists of a daily training session and an education segment where teens will learn about the different pillars of health. The training is open to all levels of athleticism and will be adapted to all individuals. Equipment and water to be provided at the location, running shoes or cleats are recommended.
